All Outer Line Hybrid Waterproof Jackets are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This includes faults in stitching, zippers, and materials under normal use.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@outerline.com.au with your order number and photos of the fault. If your item is found to be defective, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or faults arising after the warranty period has expired.
