SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday with items dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the shipping address is correct at time of ordering. The purchaser will be liable for any costs incurred due to incorrect addressed orders being returned to Outer Line.

We use Australia Post Flat Rate Post Satchels which are trackable and do not require a signature and will be left unattended if Australia Post deems it is safe to do so, otherwise you will receive a Card notifying you which Australia Post Office has your parcel. Outer Line take no responsibility for missing parcels.
