Outer Line Christmas Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
By entering the Outer Line Christmas Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Giveaway is open to residents of Australia at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees of Outer Line and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
1.3 To enter, participants must make a purchase at www.outerline.com.au during the Giveaway Period.
2. Giveaway Period
2.1 The Giveaway begins at 8:00 AM (AEST) on Saturday 23 November 2024 and ends at 6:00 PM (AEST) on Monday 16 December 2024 (the "Giveaway Period").
2.2 All entries must be received by 6:00 PM (AEST) on Monday 16 December 2024 to be eligible for the draw.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must:
- Purchase any product from www.outerline.com.au during the Giveaway Period.
3.2 There is no minimum purchase required. Each valid transaction will count as one entry with every additional $20 spent is another entry and so on.
4. Prizes
4.1 There will be four (4) prizes awarded:
- First Prize: A Wheel & Tyre Package (4 wheels & 4 tyres) for your car or boat, valued at $3,500. The winner may choose the style and size of the package, which will be supplied by King Wheels Australia & Tyrepower Ingham. Maximum retail value $3,500. Shipping is included.
- Second Prize: 1 x Daiwa Certate 10000-P Fishing Reel. Valued at $850. Shipping is included.
- Third Prize: 1 x First Light Fabrication Push Lock Kit, Fish Dispatch Kit, 2 Drink Holders & 2 x BOATBUCKLE Stainless Steel Tie-Downs. Valued at $780. Shipping is included.
- Fourth Prize: 1 x Companion AquaHeat Lithium Rechargeable Gas Hot Water Shower System & 1 x Tuff Terrain 40L Water Tank. Valued at $580. Shipping is included.
4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winners will be selected by random draw at 6:00 PM (AEST) on Tuesday 17 December 2024.
5.2 The draw will be conducted by a representative of Outer Line, and the results are final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw.
5.3 Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
5.4 If a winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days or is otherwise ineligible, a re-draw will occur.
6. Prize Claim
6.1 Prizes must be claimed within 14 days from the date of the winner's notification.
6.2 If a prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
7. Publicity
7.1 By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, including social media, without further compensation.
8. General Terms
8.1 Outer Line reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without notice.
8.2 Outer Line is not responsible for any technical issues, including errors or delays in the transmission or receipt of entries.
8.3 Outer Line is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
8.4 By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
8.5 This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
8.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
9. Privacy
9.1 Outer Line will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at www.outerline.com.au/privacy.
