1. Promotion Overview

The Outer Line Tinny Giveaway Pack (“Promotion”) is a Promotional Game conducted in accordance with the relevant State and Territory Legislation. Each purchase of a Tinny Giveaway Pack provides customers with a 20% discount code for use on future Outer Line orders and includes one (1) automatic bonus entry into the prize draw to win the Outer Line Tinny Prize Package described below.

2. Promotion Period

  • Start Date: Sunday, 9 November 2025 at 8:00am AEST

  • End Date: Sunday, 21 December 2025 at 11:59pm AEST

  • Draw Date: Monday, 22 December 2025 at 6:00pm AEST

  • The draw will be conducted live via the Outer Line Instagram account @_outerline

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Outer Line are not eligible to enter.

  • Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, eligible participants must purchase The Outer Line Tinny Giveaway Pack via www.outerline.com.au during the Promotion Period.

  • Each eligible purchase automatically provides:

    • one (1) 20% discount code for future use on the Outer Line website; and

    • one (1) automatic entry into the Tinny Giveaway draw.

  • No separate purchase or payment is required beyond the product purchase itself.

6. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is supplied in “as is” condition.

  • By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that Outer Line provides no warranty, guarantee, or ongoing service for the prize beyond what is supplied at the time of delivery.

  • The winner assumes full responsibility for the safe use, operation, and maintenance of the prize.

  • Outer Line accepts no liability for any injury, damage, loss, or misuse of the prize once collected or delivered.

  • Delivery may take up to 90 days depending on the winner’s location.

  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Draw and Notification

  • The draw will be conducted randomly at 6:00pm AEST on Monday, 22 December 2025, streamed live via Instagram on the @_outerline account.

  • The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.

  • The winner’s name will be announced publicly on the Outer Line website and social media channels.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Outer Line reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. General Conditions

  • Outer Line reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or suspected of fraud.

  • Outer Line may cancel or amend the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise, provided such action does not materially disadvantage entrants.

  • All entries and associated data remain the property of the Promoter.

  • Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Outer Line Privacy Policy.

  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to participate in reasonable marketing or promotional activities associated with the giveaway if requested (e.g., winner announcement photos, social media features).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outer Line and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Records and Audit

  • Outer Line will retain all entry records, draw documentation, and prize verification details for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with Queensland’s Category 4 Promotional Game requirements.
